Exhaust, extractors, intake, are a good start.

Then upgrade the cam.

Diff next.

Upgraded engine internals.

Blower or Turbo after that.

It would be a mighty street car then.

Cam then turbo is a nono. If you are going to get a turbo you gotta have a proper turbo cam.

For the small amount a cam costs as compared to a turbo installation you might as well get a better cam, then sell it if you decide to go the turbo. Considering doing a turbo properly requires an almost ground up rebuild of the engine including new valve gear, pistons, bearings, etc a turbo ground cam is probably the cheapest part of the whole build!
