I was buggering around with the carby on my XF this arvo and noticed my fuel pump has started to leak. Figure I should replace it pretty quickly. I've got access to a bunch of TD & TE 200ci cortina's at my mates which has got me thinking... Will the fuel pump off the 200ci steel head fit the 250 Alloy head II. Knowing Ford I would have thought they'd be the same unit, but you never know. Can someone let me know if this will work as I don't want to fork out $80 for a new one. That said, would a Holley or Bosch EFI pump work or would it destroy my carby? Just getting ideas.
