Guy I have just installed Gas into my EA CPI 3 Speed and am only getting 200km around town and 420km of pure Highway driving.. is this about right ( it's a 80 litter tank .. holds 65 because of cutoff value)

can you tell me what you get out of a full tank of gas

Well it takes around 15% more gas in litre terms to cover the same distance as fuel.

So equates to about 480klm on fuel on 65 litres, so not too bad

mines an EF, so its a 4spd and multipoint, but i get about 450km's from 65litres mostly city with some highway.

Should be looking at 300-350ks around town.I would be taking it back and getting mixtures checked.I am assuming you don't have a blocked air cleaner element.

when i went to canberra i was getting 10-11 litres per 100 ( with stock engine too). and now round town its about 16 litres 100

sorry guys just relised i forgot to say it was a full tank for the town and a full tank for higway..

when i had it installed i put it on dyno and it ran 13.9 to 13.91 air fuel mixture .. but only scored 64kwrw

no i just put a unifilter in it secoundhand but i cleaned it so the filter is not blocked


on highway i run 14.9 and in town i run 31.25 per 100km
(i think i have worked it out right

thats some horrible milage. When my LPG was hooked up i was getting arround 400km in teh city and over 500km on highway driving. Ea CFI 4speed. (65L of lpg).

your rwkw looks very very low. Mine was 74rwkw which i thaught was terrible!

im getting about 350km's around town in my EA... how many clicks on the clock has she done?

also you have just installed the system... how long ago? and has it been back for its gas tune-ups? (usually 1 week and about 1 month after installation)

twiztid.. 230k... about 1 month ago and no it hasn't been tuned again but i have go a air fuel meter and it still reads 13.9 idling...

i am running tdc timing as i have been told that you get more on gas if you advance it but then petrol is shitty
