Hey all,

Am endeavouring to make a broadband inlet manifold insulator for my AU. Autospeed has a good article about it. The plastic they used was 6.7mm phenolic ( hi pressure laminate ). I've sourced some through a plastic shop up here in Brisbane, but now I'm trying to get a copy of the head blueprint so I can look into getting one machined up. Ford told me that the factory manual has this plan, but I've only got the Gregories manual.

Anyone with a genuine manual....is this true??

PM gm destroya - he has heaps of crap just lying around, (heads, manifolds) he might be able to make up one for you - he does lasercutting and stuff for a living, though i dont know if its possible to cut that phenolic stuff with a laser :S

thanks rollin, I'll give him a try. It's not so much the cutting that's the problem, more the actual plan to cut to!
