ive got roller rockers, and new lifters and cam the rollers might be old, but 2000rpm and over it sound like motor going to rattel apart could it be from worn roller pins or something ive done my lash clearance

Check the pushrods are not bent.The pushrods on the motor are not really that strong.Ive bent and broken dozens!!!

if you are running a solid grind cam you will always have valve train noise, if its a hydraulic cam, then u shouldnt have any clearnace even a quarter of a turn of pre load is desirable for quite operation
