Hi guys today I went into caltex and filled up on their premium fuel....I was excited....but as I drove out at part throttle slow driving mty car started misfiring!!!!!At light acceleration again it gave an intermittent stumble and also it cut the engine out when i stopped ...help

dont fill up at caltex...
use BP ultimate... and i would say it wouldnt be the fuel u just put in being the problem either

Hey thanks for you advice!!!It does seem a big coincidence that the problem did start straight away after the petrol station.I was drivingthecar all over the place before this and had no probs at all.///wierd stuff

hehe speaking of diesel... anyone with an LPG dual fuel set up could run diesel run the LPG until the engine is warm and then switch over to have the diesel running

i always thought optimax was good,but i have been using regular bp unleaded and it is good so ill give the premium bp stuff a go.
