NOS is fairly sheap for the horsies you gain .. its the bang for the buck, yes i know a kit costs 1500 bucks easy, but the increase of performance compared to any otehr upgrade is awsome.
from that little pic of ur engine bay as well as ur nick ii gather you have a turbo, even if not the money spend for example on a turbo upgrade bearly is as efficient as a NOS upgrade ...

like maybe this is a better example, we have been tossing some ideas on how we gonna upgrade a mates 4age to give it some more go. a turbo upgrade will cost around 2500 not installed, a SC12 upgrade around 1800 not installed and a NOS upgrade 50HO cost about 1200 ... all 3 applicatiosn were designed to raise the performance by roughly the same level (~100kw at treads)
