Hi all,

I know how to set the timing with a timing light, but I think you have to short something out to put the computer in test mode or something before setting the base timing???. Would anyone know what it is that I have to short/connect to set that base timing? My car is a 94 NC Fairlane i6.

Under the fuse panel in the car you will see a white connector with several pins. You short the top and bottom pins on the far left hand side. Start the engine and it should idle high, once it settles down, you have like 30sec to set the timing. Turn it off when done and it should be sweet.
