Can I use an after market ignition system such as MSD in my EL Falcon, If so what are the advantages and how easy are they to fit.

Why would you want to? What deficiency does the current setup have?

Yes stronger spark or as it says multiple spark discharge.
Alot better than the factory system but only any real good if the motor is worked or a very high compression.
They do come with a ford specific wiring loom, no cutting of wires etc. but you'll have to ask for it.

When I fitted one to my EB, I sourced the injector type inline plug and socket, and fitted it to the end of the msd wires, so basically all you need to do is unplug the current connector from the coil and connect it to the socket on the msd, and plug the plug from the msd to the coil.
In Perth, the connectors are available through Petroject.
