I've been monitoring my fuel use lately, and ive found the im using about 15.5L/100kms with a mix of city/highway driving. This seems a bit high, but i'm not sure. Government fuel economy figures are 11.5 and 6.8 litres/100 in highway and city driving respectively.
NRMA say expect 14-16 litres/100 km in town and 10.4 litres/100 km on the highway.
So which is right? Am I way out, or just average? I've also been running on premium exclusively lately, which always seems to dissappear from my tank faster then standard unleaded, anyone encountered this at all?
