Im gonna replace all these as mine are pretty gone. Can any increase in performance be expected whatsoever?

depends on how gone they are, if its not bad enough to cause a missfire then you won't really expect to feel any difference, it might show a couple of KW on a dyno but not seat of the pants... you probably will pick up a bit of fuel economy though, cos it will be able to fire on a bigger spark -creating a more efficient burn
