Hi I have been loosing coolant rapidly recently and I found that it is comming from the hose that leads to the heater water valve. I am just wondering if this has happened to you guys before and if you know if they are easy to replace...because it looks to be in a tight position. Also if anybody knows the part number for these it would be a great help.
Anyway ill have a look in daylight and see what I can see.
Grab a HWV as spare mate cause whenever you seem to play with them , theyre always brittle from the heat & break on you right at the worst time.
Cheap insurance
Hey mate, if thats the Z shaped hose that come out of the back on the manifold, then yeah, its a bitch, i just replaced mine on the EA. the part number is EA 18472 A, cost me 10.96$.
Its alot easier to get to from the bottom, i ended up having to cut the old one off, it wasnt fun, it doesnt taste real good either....
mine was still leaking from around the manifold even after replacing so ive got 2 clamps on in now and its working a treat
Found out that it wasn't the Z shape one, buts its all cool, it is all fixed now!
