remove the throttle body, get a 3" mandrel bent HPC coated metal pipe bent up to go from where the TB used to be, up to the washer bottle and then back down to the airbox, and put the TB on the end of that - this would give you about 1000m of intake length (well, maybe a little less than that) which should give you more torque down the bottom.
or (and probably cheaper) you could fit the BBM and just run it in long runner mode permanently - you wont need the EF computer then - and you should get lots more torque, as Soxx posted above. send tibbo a PM and see if he can get a hold of one for you for a decent price.
