This may have been covered before but I don't know where to look, does anyone know what the most power made at the wheels for a N/A Falcon 6?
I am just interested to know, maybe we could have pre BA, and Pre E-series as well?

96-112rwkw you should expect as a really rough estimate for E series & AU non XR sedans.
Considering there were changes in cams from EA - AU its a rough guide.

my old 250 made 165 rwkw, it was extremily tempermental , and i went though about 30 push rods in 6 mounths, it loved 7000.... hense the push rod dramars
Most ive head on hear out of an na engine is around 175-180 odd... thats a 4.0.. but i figure more power will come as people play around more

I have been told of the existence of a 240rwkw drag ute...
Never actually seen it, don't know any specs and can't confirm whether it ACTUALLY exists or not. My guess is that it's not streetable at all, being a drag ute, and all.
Here's what I believe is the latest specs(well some of) for Waggin's 180rwkw car. It may have changed since.
EFII 4.2L Falcon Wagon - JMM Dev5A Head & Race Series Extractors, Balanced & Blue Printed, Oversize ACL Race Series Bearings, 60 thou Oversize Custom Forged Pistons, Custom Shotpeened Rods, Molly Rings, High Volume Oil Pump, 11.7:1 Compression, 24# Injectors, Motec M800 awaiting install & 6 throttle body custom intake on its way (-90KM until Dyno time - its finally ready!)
