Nizpro Manifold on NA I6

Has anyone thought of installing the Nizpro maniford on a NA BA 6 to let it breathe that little better? It would be a shorter distance for the air to travel and won't need to travel to the back of the engine where it would get heated. Would also look pretty neat to.

Why? The dual-runner setup is on there for a good reason.
I can't see, myself, that a single-runner setup would improve matters at all even with huge headwork. In fact, headwork would require the dual runner to retain low-band power.....

You would lose the supercharge effect of the tuned length runners. Basically when the valve shuts and air is still rushing toward it up the runner, it gets reflected off and back down the runner. when it gets to the end it reflects back and hopefully the valve is open by the time it gets there. This is the whole point of a dual runner set-up as it theoretically gives 2 rpm sweet points because the runner length are different. From pics of the nizpro manifold it looks like the runner chamber (for the want of the correct term) is wider at one end then tapers down near #6. The whole supercharge effect would fly out the window then.
