i have an ef fairmont with climate control.. the a/c unit is a. ok although when i change the settings for heat it doesnt heat up... got under the car thismorning.. ive got hot water circulating in the system.. ichecked the vacuum solenoid switch and it doesnt appear 2 work... there is no vacuum 2 the switch... i followed the thin hose up the side of the engine bay and it disapears into the fire wall behind the window washer tank... has anybody had the same prob before? Is it hard to fix? how much for a mechanic to fix? <roughly> had no heater in the car while i was down in thredbo over the weekend.. as cold inside the car as outside!
