"Race Rebuild Kit"

how much of a differnce would this make to the stocko 250crossflow

the kit comes with "Pistons, Rings, Conrod & Main Bearings, Full Gasket set"

i belive the brand is ACL

Not much IMO, basically you're rebuilding the motor, boring it out I presume, and the pistons mught bump up the compression; this will not have much effect unless you do a heap of other mods ie cam, head, exhaust, intake, etc....

not touching the bore, just straight swap

possibly with heavy duty valve springs and retainers (dont even know what they are haha)

Depends what you wanna do down the track: basically this will just up your comp slightly and I wouldn't bother shelling out the extra bux unless you plan to hell do the motor up
Heavy duty springs: Only needed for a VERY lumpy cam.

If you do decide to rebuild though, the ACL race series rebuild kit is the way to go, good quality stuff.
