hey i was wondering is there a stroker kit avalible for the 250 crossflow
wat would it be stroked too
how much roughly

The XF has a long enough stroke as it is! It's not the most rev happy motor, if you stroke it it's not going to want to rev at all. I think your money would be better off spend on porting the head and a big cam etc.

well if not stroke it (sounds good hey lol) wat about a different crank or sumthing
and wat cam lift and duration on the inlet and exhaust would be ideal for a 250 but i might wanna run injection then i gotta think about a new computer
well if i go carby wat size carby and cam would be good with a little head work to really get it cooking and wat estimated power would you reckon

afaik what they do with the 250's are get a set of 3.3l rods and custom high comp pistons

this usually gets up to 200kw with a cam and head work (efi)

Just curious. what what 3.3l rods do on a 4.1l engine? can someone please explain how this works and how it makes the car more powerfull

Longer rod and pin is set higher in piston,requiring custom pistons..This gives better rod angle and piston stays at tdc longer, making more torque etc ...The Au's have longer rods compared to earlier 6's too...
