Supercharged 4 litre??

I'm thinking of using a supercharger on my 95 mod 4.0 inj. I kno all the rave lately has been on turbo but i dnt want huge power figures and would rather have something more driveable. Does any1 kno of some one who did this or has anyone here done this?? What kind of results did you get and how much trouble did you go through?? Cheers

Re: Supercharged 4??

hey mate
i have down this with a 1ggze supercharger with a custom high boost pulley with a stock motor and stock computer only performance mod was a shift kit to the auto and it lit the tyres if i tramped it at 40 ks an hour but the only reason it isnt on my car still is i couldnt fit it under the bonnet and i had to drive it arround with out the bonnet lol
so if you want the pics of that than sure i will send you them!
cheers

Re: Supercharged 4??

Hey notty, I've also got one of those sc14 superchargers from a 1g-gze. Have been scratching my head as to where to put it and probably going to relocate the battery to the boot and replace the radiator overflow tank with the older style and try to squeeze it in the front corner somehow.

Would love to see the pictures of yours.

Hey notty yeh those pics would be awesome if you could send them through to jbanks42@hotmail.com thanx buddy i was looking for something under the bonnet but the 1ggze supercharger was the first option cause i kno i can get them cheap and they seem to be pretty popular.
Do capa have a supercharger kit for the 4ltr do they or they just have a 240kw 4ltr?? I would be interested in a full kit for sure!!!
