Sure cams

Im looking at getting a new cam.
I have a stg 3 crow now but want more.
I have a EMS 8860 so idle and A/f dont matter.

Has anyone tried their cams before?
Whats this profile look like too you?
I do want to go fairly hard, i have head work, exhaust/extractors and a good intake.

The profile has 240 degrees duration measured at .050" valvelift or measured
at .075" it has 230 duration, and with the stock 2:1 rocker ratio it will
have .507" valvelift.

Re: Sure cams

i was talking to them a few months ago and asking how much for the equivalent of a wade 1004. they told me id need a new chip to run that kind of profile in my xr6. when i said 'no i dont' they said yes you do and only offered me their grind that was pathetic next to the specs of the wade 1004. that was my experiance but UNR8D got a custom one done up by them and he seems happy with it so go figure.

Re: Sure cams

thats BULK duration for not much lift. For a cam with that much duration id be looking arround 540-560thou lift as well.
