Timing in EF

I know iv read this before but cant remeber where or when.... anyways
someone want to help me out with adjusting the timing on my ef...
i.e how to do it and what setting and all the rest of it...

I think its all automatic, and cant be adjusted.
However, i read something about removing the sensor wheel off the crankshaft and griding it out, to move it around.
Hopefully one of the other guys can help you more.
I have little experience with fords, cos i work at a toyota dealer.
