I agree with 347 and it kinda depends on your definition of fun.
Best power and throttle response this side of injection, and even then you'd probably need individual throttle bodies to match a trio of webers.
You'd better know what your doing tuning wise or find someone who does and I'm guessing that sort of know how would be getting hard to find.
I had a set of sidedraught 45mm DCOE carbs on a hot 192 cubed Holden six in a LJ Torana about 20 years ago. Along with the huge cam, headwork and pipes,
it went hard!
The webers were ultimately replaced with first a 465cfm (4BBL) then a 350cfm (2BBL) Holley in search of lower maintenance day-to-day use.
