I have done similar style kit on my car with a IHI roller bearing turbo, at 13PSI i have an awesome power upgrade, the motor and gearbox with turbo are for sale if your interested, but as far as the kits are concerned, i have found generally they are very well overpriced. and to turbo your car, you need an engineer certificate and EPA tested which costs $2500-$3500 depending on who you go to. GRA don't provide these i have spoken to them about it. I am selling my motor because i got a unroadworthy sticker stuck on my car because of the turbo not having an engineer certificate, and now i figure i may as well just wreck the car sell everything off it and get another car, i have spent to much money on it already. So if your not worried about getting it done legally, then sure you will get a small power increase from the TSA kit.
Apparently it doesn't. I was talking to the engineer here about running straight gas on my EF to get around pollution. He said that they had been doing it that way for years, but they asked the EPA a few weeks ago about it, and the guy said you can't. They're currently arguing the case, and will have an answer early next week.
And I don't see why you should have to pay for an EPA test, if they reckon its causing too much pollution, then they can pay the bloody bill.
whats the difference between 'complient' and eng cert, if its complient does that mean you don't need independing testing?
is that just for straight LPG? to the turbo?

How much do you want for the motor and gearbox?
Has it been bench or dyno tested?
Casey.
