After i fitted the wade cam.. i thought there was noi hope of getting 500 km from a tank, around city with a litle country driving...
i decided since im putting in an au motor, ill se what i can do with this one. i went out and purchased a adjustable fuel reg. i set the pressure at 20-30kpa less than stock... and well it worked its gone from mid 300's to 500, KM....
And that was with a few decent hard driving stints and a trip to lorne as well but that was slow
it goes heaps better now, its def running lean... but getting one of those air fuel, autometer guages for it so i can get it close.
I figure, trick the computer.. and it worked :>
If the computer expects 250kpa fuel pressure it may open injector for .2 ms, to spray the fuel, if the fuel pressure is less, less fuel gets sprayed, as the computer has no idea what fuel pressure is in the rail....
(YOU CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE DOING THIS) if you get to greedy

Yeah mate, be careful though.. Running lean causing your engine to run hot, and increases the chance of doing damage. There's a reason for a perfect air fuel mixture..
I personally wouldn't risk all this for a saving of ~$19.20 per tank of fuel..

awesome.
Thanatos, Rmyers and I fitted a Wade 1004 110 in my car the other day, i'm dying to see how the fuel economy goes, (LPG gets tuned on wednesday) but it already feels really good before the tune.
Wasnt sure how the 110 would go in an auto, but the LPG loves it :D

Sounds awesome! Your car would be quicker than mine. Time to get started on some engine/exhaust mods.
