I got an XE and thinking of turboing it, do i need to get it engineered? as the ESP's came out with a turbo...

Yeah, all turbos need engineers.

Even if you converted a NA BA XR6 falcon to a turbo you would still need one.

ESPs didn't have a turbo as a normal option. All supercharging technically requires an engineers certificate
