Hi Guys, I have not posted for a while. had other things on the go. I decided at about 4.30pm yesterday to roll the coupe out and head off to WSID. Did my usual pre-checks, nothing rolling around in the boot and make sure I've got enough fuel for the huge 20km round trip and a few runs.

Well it was packed, I've never seen so many cars, After 2 runs I cracked my magic 12's and called it a night.

1st run. 13.166 @ 105.33mph. with a 2.055 60'
2nd run. 12.927 @ 105.88mph. with a 1.955 60'

So my racing days are over unless I make some major changes.

Don't give up just yet grab a jet box and have a play. Whats your gearing like? Are the revs @ the end of the track right for your combo, or can you have a play there too?

I'm running 3.89's and crossing the line at about 5700rpm, the car makes power to around 6200rpm. But I was really think of changing my gears to around 3.5's which will make for slightly better crusing.... Any guess on what this will do to my ET ?

That'll slow you down. You could also make more power so it will rev quicker and be @ 6200rpm but the end of the 1/4.

If it's got some torque to spare and only light wheelspin it should pick up a mph or two and about same et.
