Well, seeing that there are a few people out there planning stroker builds in the future, here's a thread for people to contribute to so that people don't get burned with dud expensive mismatching parts.
Please feel free to post combo part numbers, brands, suppliers, builders etc that you've found to work.
This will help everyones back pocket and time. Cheers.
Here is my 408C stroker motor I put together this winter.
I will list the specs. and pics. here, For anyone who is interested, tell me what you think.
I got the stroker kit from Mark & Heather McKeown of "MME Motorsports & Engineering".

This is a 393 cleveland kit that will fit into a 9.2" factory C block without issues. It's direct bolt in. Tony xa and I run this very kit.
Crank Scat 3.850 4340 forged crank part n# SC4351c 3850 6125
Be careful with this part number as if you change the 4 in the first part SC 4 351c to a 9 SC 9 351c you go to the 9000 series crank not as good . 3850 is for the crank 6125 is for rod length
Rods Scat h-beams part n# SC2350 6125 2100 these are large journal chev rods 6.125 Sc2350 is for 350 chev 6125 length 2100 journal size
Pistons Arias forged -10cc dished part n# AP331520
Timing chain SVO rollmaster red label part n# ROCS3110
In my research I also found this from High Performance World. They do two stroker kits for the 351c factory deck block 9.200"
First one is 383ci with flat top .020/.030 Venolia race pistons, Eagle H-Beam rods, Eagle 4340 forged crank, Competition plazma moly rings & Competition bearings for $3000.00 Add $330.00 for dish pistons. This kit has a 6.000" conrod and will require some clearancing on the crank. If you want to use the 6.125" conrod, it will cost you an extra $160.00. When going to the longer rod, you will require oil support rails x 8 @ $120.00.
Second kit is 406ci same parts as above but will require the 6.125" conrods & the oil support rails. Cost is $3280.00 for flat top & $3610.00 for dish pistons. The kit requires a Rollmaster timing set to suit the Eagle crank $131.45 & a Romac neutral balancer $251.00 All prices include GST
Those prices were valid on 13/09/2005. Not sure if they are still valid?
For those about to use a 3.75 inch stroke with a 6.125 rod then Probe industries are as far as i know the only piston manufacturer who has an off the shelf piston that is specific for a clevo. Part no is 14212-030 for a 30 over piston but is available in 20 or 40 over. Comp height is 1.2 inches with 1/16 rings and comes with a .927 pin for the use of a chev rod.
btw these are available from VPW for around $870.
Piston is a flat top design with a 2cc relief
Pistons arrive from U.S after an eight week wait.Quality looks good .All pistons weigh exactly 490 gms with pin. Valve relief a little sharp and needs deburring.

Any idea if this piston would work with a modified 4" stroke 400M crank and 6.02" 302C cleveland rod (little end opened out from 0.912" to 0.927"). Numerically it is only 7 thou out of the hole which is OK, but how about crank counterweight interference down below?

Theoretically its close to your intended application but what you have to consider is that you have more stroke and a shorter rod than what i have and that means you may run into clearance problems with the crank counterweights hitting the piston skirt. No easy way of telling unless you are prepared to pop for a set.
