jsut wondering how hard it is to put a 3o2 or 351 clevo in a xf ute thats on gas currently has a 200ci 6 cylinder in it and I want to put in a v8 and run it on gas and hopefully keep most of the current gas setup in it. what sorta price am i looking at to get it engineered etc cheers

heard of conversions done for around $2.5k - do a search there's plenty of them getting around the forums...or at least there was.

The biggest problem you will discover is the left cylinder head will foul the interior heater pipes.

XE heater box will be needed for the conversion,

Cheapest way is to source a cheap V8 XD/E and swap parts.

thanks garth04 by the sounds of it i may have to go for a windsor as from what ive been told there a smaller block.
