The 302C is kinda mystery to us here in the states. How did it run? Was it a real rpm screamer? I assume the popular mod was to drop in the 351c crank. But was wondering if this engine combo would work well in a small displacment class - less than 310 CI. Your opinions are welcome.
Most that had a 302c used as daily drivers or cruisers. Most had std cam/springs, so 5500rpm was about it, and ones that went for power used the 351 crank.
But now with heads like the 185cc CHI allloy heads, they would be a real screamer.
Still, i prefer the cubes
