351-302 block

Stupid question just making sure but
Is the 351c and 302c blocks the same .If not what is the differance.

blocks are the same......
difference b.w the 2 motors, the 302 has got shorter rods, and a 3" stroke, and i think the heads are different

Sorry madwog,The 302 actually has longer rods.6.025 vs 5.778 and a 3 inch crank.And yep blocks the same for 02 or51.

302C 2V closed chamber 58cc hds - 351C 2V open chamber 76cc hds
351C 4V closed chamber 63cc hds - 351C 2V open chamber 78cc hds

Don't forget the differences in blocks from age either.

Black or Blue.

Different Distributor spigot shaft sizings is only the start of the differences between the two.
