just wanted to get some opinions on a cam brand and size in hydraulic roller to suit. max revs will be 6000-6200, manual, looking for around 450-500hp.
You may want to think more about matching your engine components and choosing a cam to complement ALL of your engine's requirements....
Short answer to your question is that a Comp Cams 304HR will give you what you want IF the rest of your combination is up to scratch.
Regards,
Mark
Just for kicks you could download this program and then enter in the weight of the car,the type of manifolds, type of driving, transmission, final drive, carb, etc. and see what Comp Cams has to say.
