Well i decided to rebuild the supposedly 378 and it turned out not to be exactly what it was sposed to be. Turned out to be a 351, 60 thou up and quite shagged. Anyways starting to build a 351 cleveland.

So far its mostly complete:
4MAB crank, TRW flat top pistons, 10:5:1 comp, shot peened rods, milodon roller rockers, 2V heads with 4V ferrea valves.

lift duration @.050
solid cam: intake : 562 234
exhaust : 588 244

I was just wondering how far you would go with port work to the heads, and who would you recommend to do the work in melbourne area.

Wog engineering in Dandenong are reasonably priced and do good work. They are in Wayne Court Dandenong.

Cheers thanks for that. So far i've only got a couple of prices, about $600-700 for manifold and heads to be ported. They have aleady got new valves, double isky springs, just didn't know whether to get them flowing as much as possible or just get a real good clean up on em
