I was just wondering if any-one here has used or heard of a Super Sucker 4 hole spacer?If so what is your general opinion on them.

I've just fitted a 2 inch 4 hole plastic spacer. I'm waiting for my driveshaft to get fixed next week and then I'll let you know how it goes.

Only thing is I've fitted a 2.5" twin exhaust with 4:1 pacemakers at the same time so I won't be able to tell how that mod worked by itself.

Here's what it looks like. Haven't heard of the "super sucker", but in general from articles I've read, they do improve TQ and HP. Not by much, but 5-10hp for $15 bucks is a good return.

What kind of rocker covers are those and where would i find some, cause they're the style i've been looking for??

They are ford motor sport racing .I got mine from my local ford dealer
Most performance surpliers carry them also.

Just a small point.....the old version had Ford Motorsport written on them, which is now called Ford Racing.

Here's a link for a closer look.........part number Z351. You'll need to buy a long length of "thread rod" and cut lengths to screw into the top 2 holes, the nuts actually fit on the top of the rocker covers

You shouldn't need to do that all you need is 12 normal sized bolts or screw capped bolts 3/4->1" long and 4 * 4.5" ones. They should cost about $14.50 all up for the set. Thats all it cost Falcon coupe and myself. You can see them in the pic below. That $14.50 also includes zinc washers Your local bolt block should be able to help.

Like cutting onions!............nah, its not too bad. I'm already running the largest legal hornet scoop and that's all that will fit underneath!

Another 1/2" clearance and I could go a 9x5 K&N. If I'm going to run it hard, I'll take it off.

I belive Brenx runs a smaller one and for street only it seems OK.

Tru-Blu I'm fairly sure K&N make a slightly smaller oval shape filter that would fit through the Hornet scoop hole perfectly, providing your cut-out is in the right position. I nearly went that way - measured it all up and it fitted my application - but I ended up dropping the height a tad and using an X-treme lid instead.

I know Brenx reckons his air-cleaner works wonders but I've got my doubts about it. Little air-cleaners just don't cut-it on dyno tests.

PS Surely that carbon canister can go!
