I saw an intake manifold to suit a 400cuin cleveland any ideas if the port location is the same as 351?

No thans a 400m manifold I wouls imagine they have a higher deck height making the manifold wider

Yes they r !!! Ports in same location as heads r the same. Block is higher by 1 inch or so, so the manifold is wider.

Pics of 400 Holley Sreet Dominator manifold and a set of Weiand Spacer plates for a 351C manifold onto a 400.
Answer is YES ports r the same spacing.
