Is it possible to gain a little more performance when replacing a single key way timing set and using a 9 key way timing set, can u play with the timing of the cam ?, what do i do ???

Only if your cam isn't in the 'correct' spot now.
By advancing the cam you gain bottom end power, by retarding it you gain top end.
There is always a 'sweet spot' though which produces the best compromise.

It's not a small job to do on a Cleveland though.

Rick is right... I have found a wee bit of advance, 2-4 degrees is about as much as I would want to do.
I guess you could advance or retard it more to suit your application.
