hey guys, no i didnt post in the wrong area, battery amps is wat i'm talkin about. any ideas wat those remote starter solenoids u run wif clapper starter motors run at?
i got a 12v one at work but just want to know wat amp range they work in if any1 knows, thanks

As many amps as a battery will allow. I'd guess 100amps would be in the lower ranges of a battery and factory starter wiring.

Remote soleniods normally dont require much relay as the main cable may draw several hundred amps but the solinoid draws just enough to throw the gear across , I have used 50 amp relays for over kill but one day I might measure stuff , whats the rate on your relay ? ( do you know how to measure ithe solinoid current ?)

ye know how to measure it just that i broke the post off so this 1 is useless and wanted to use a truck 1 but afta lookin they're too expensive even wif my discount so i'll just get another autolite 1
