depressing... they all want $99 an hour plus parts... 2 hours on a dyno + say $100 in parts is more than i earn in a week ... oh well... guess i'll put up with the stall-mobile for a while longer!
If its the LPG place with a dyno i'm thinking of at wooloongabba they had my car for a week once to fix a problem. End of the week they gave it back, said it was fixed, charged me a heap of money even though all they replaced were the plugs and then a day later the problem came back.
After that I gave it to a fellow at Capalaba(south brisbane) by the name of Nev Dowling in Smith Street and he fixed the problem within an hour and charged me half the price even though he replaced more than just plugs.
more than i thought... but then again, that included $400 worth of carb, $25 worth of spacer and $100 worth of K&N filter element...
dyno tuning is $99 an hour, says it rarely takes more than an hour to an hour and a half....
the car's a ROCKET... only pulled 167rwhp, but the flat spot is gone, acceleration is smoooth... very happy with the work
