Mate, if you are fair dinkum, I can give you a heap of advice.
Most people pull 'em off and throw on a Holley. I ran a Thermoquad on my XB hardtop for years. Unreal economy, and power......! When those secondaries are open, nothing comes close.
Unfortunately, that was a few years ago and I have since lost/misplaced all of my research info. But, the memory is still pretty good.... I just can't remember all of the part numbers and carby codes and needle sizes that they left the factory with.
What sort of car is it. Is it the factory carb. What trans does it have. What exhaust system. What is done to the engine. And, what excatly do you want to know about tuning?
They have been selling well on ebay lately. Makes me think about selling my left over 'tuning parts'. I have a 'few' needles/springs/jets etc that I used to play with.
