I understand it was only a matter of time before **insert aftermarket copymerchant** ripped off the CHI design ... but to go as far as ripping the flow images straight off the CHI website!!!???!!!

Yeah, they're a bunch of amateurs!!

They actually say it is a CHI flow chart and their heads won't flow as well! So they shoot themselves in the foot there.

They are Procomp Cylinder heads and have been on sale here in Aust for a while now. Can't find any listed there at present but there's always some floating around. From people who have seen them close up, they say they're very rough.

That's my thoughts.. But I'm not sure how it would work out, they aren't claiming that the charts are for the pro-comp heads, they are referencing for the -potential- that the pro-comp heads have as they are based off the CHI's ... but yet they have their own logo plastered all over it

At first glance the page setup is very misleading, that would be my copyright beef.

If I was CHI, I would probably still wanna blast'em for many'o'reasons, but I'm not.

Perhaps I should throw John a quick email just to make him aware of it ??

The hard part about it is PROVING that your sales have been directly
affected by their product going on sale and that they are not sold AS the product their trying to copy.

By changing the ports just a little bit they cover their ass and will just say "Well why dont AFD sue CHI
or Edelbrock for selling an alloy C head"!

Just saying the potential is there wouldnt give John enough legs to stand on

Guys. I notified John several months ago about PPO COMP using CHI flow shets and pictures. I noticed John took them off his web site? have any of you noticed the same thing.

I spoke with these clowns at summernats as I have seen them on ebay AUS bare for $1250. They claim 630hp out of the box but then in the next breath says that they sent a set to kostecki in WA? ( I thought he moved to the east side ) and got 750-780hp.

Listening to them talk to others at summernats they display the typical stereotype car salesman. Tell you what you want to hear.

You will never get that 750hp outa that pro comp head! Kostecki would prob get 750hp out of a worked set of 3v255's. While we are at it guys do not buy from VPW as they continue to run adds with prices that are way out of date. Eg current Street Action has add for Convo pro 15x10 $395 but they have no stock and the price now is $496 now. Same with 825 Bg might demon for 700 bucks in a VPW add the going rate is 800!. That is my gripe for the night.
