cleveland parts question

i`ve got a 351c that i was going to put into my truck but due to the cost of getting it right to do so, well it`s not going to happen. my question is what are the 351c worth? i`m going to rebuild the 302ho and the person that`s going to rebuild it for me is going to trade it out on some of the parts.i`d like to put the 351c into my truck because i really like the motor. the cost to put it in is about 4000.00 differents between the rebuild on the 302ho. so now you see what i mean.and now i`m ready to do this and when i`m finished with the old truck it should be a new truck.
