Hi all.

Had my rocker covers of today and wrote down all the numbers that i could see on the heads.

Thats all i can see on there.

Can you tell what they are from these numbers? There is no 2 or 4 on the front corner.

Are they open or closed chamber etc etc?

The casting number is underneath one of the intake runners. You need to take the intake manifold off and use a mirror.

theres an easy way to see if they r closed or open chamber. Where the valves go..is it a round hole, or is it like a funny squiggly shape? i might be wrong, but im was under the impression 4v heads only came out with open chamber...

4V heads most certainly came with closed and open chambers. To be sure you need to have a look at the ports on the head to at least figure out if they are 2 or 4 V. I have seen plenty of 4V closed chambers with no '4' cast into them and plenty with.
The only way to be sure (in abscence of being able to decipher the part no) is to take the heads off
