conversion

hey, after any info on anything about converting my short wheel base mavrick/patrol to 351 or 302. any thing is appreciated

if its a patrol - CHV it!

if its a maverick - SBF it!

Unfortunatley, Marks 4wd adapters only have kits for holden/chev :(

Yeah, what xrgt said.

My brother-in-law has got a seriously modded SWB Patrol that he uses for off-road competitions and stuff like that - and it runs a warm 308. It wouldn't take a Cleveland, apparently. Still, it's one hell of a toy, GM engine notwithstanding...

Hi guys,

Just in talking about this, I have a 302 clevo in my GQ Patrol, as far as fit issues go, standard headers are there go unless you can afford custom extractors (too close to chassis rail and body), some spacing work is also required for the firewall. I sourced my kit through Dellose automotive, ok bellhousing and all, useless engine mounts come with the kit (keep sagging under the weight, poor design). A mate has also dropped a 351 cleveland in his SWB Patrol, what a balltearer with great driveability.
