extractor's

Hi guy's found out this morning that pacemaker do not come in inch and 7/8th 4 into 1's to suit 2v xy falc was hoping to run this size. The company that quoated me was Jet Hot Coating's $550 for pipe's plus $350 for coating so $900 plus freight. Any one know of this size pipe off the shelf. or 2 inch 4 into one's?

PH4095 is the part number that you are looking for.It is a 4v pipe but it will fit nonetheless.

Re: extractor's

I'm certain it's been mentioned on this site before that there are benefits to using 4v extractors on 2v heads because there is more room for the exhaust gas to flow out of the port i.e. it doesn't have such a tight turn straight out of the port.

Have a look through the cleveland forums.

Maybe an XY is different part number to an XD, but I'm running a 1 7\8 pipe in a 2v flange. I was told the 1 7\8 is the biggest 2v pipe Pacemaker do, but is the minimum 4v pipe.

It seems the best you can do in the 2V's is the 4070 @ 1 3/4". I would email pacemaker just to make sure. You might be able to make them fit with slight bending or something?

Re: extractor's

Thanks for info guys, once again the forum's come's up with a wealth of information.
I will run the 4v extractor's, the head's i have got i could go up to 2 inch but i will stick with inch & 7/8th. The other option i had was to buy the xa falc one's and have my local guy modify them. As they will be installed when the engine goes in fitting should be easy as on xy you bolt up the passenger side to motor and place the driver side one in car and slide on when dropping engine in.
