What a bloody great idea really hats off thats a fantastic bit of engineering, would love to see the How the EFI V8 performs, also being a bit lower in deck height & width would be great for nearly any vehicle (lower height = Lower center of gravity = better handling etc...even their bike heads would be great! They'd give a smooth idle but with power to burn the rear rubber at will!

ARAO's are a sweet head, But valves are so yesterday Lol.

I saw A cleveland about two years ago with these rotor heads on and they reackon the rpm was only limitted by the bottom end !! Yeee haa.
I wonder what the retail price would be?

There was a rotary valve head for the old grey motor Holden back in the fifties, made by a bloke named Dunstan if I remember, as you say rpm was only limited by the bottom end, I think they saw 9000rpm or something like that.

Brendan, have you seen/heard of any engines using the 32v heads? Do they actually work? Looks bloody good though, too bad you can't see the valves once they're on the motor though...

One head I like is one I saw for a 350 Chev, it was based on a BBC/Cleveland style with evenly spaced intake and exhaust ports. Apparently they were pretty good but the main attraction would be the confusion they would cause!

They mainly ran/run them in drag cars in the states. No-one here in Australia that I know of has used them. Can't see any normal person shelling out $10,000 for a set of heads.

The rotory head looks the part but also looks bloody expensive! Probably more than the Arao ones.
