Is that around town or highway? If around town I think that's very good economy for an F100.
I've got an 86 Effie with a 302w and get about 150km on 20 litres.Clevos I've had do drink more than there cousins cube 4 cube.So it does'nt seem that bad
I'm running a tunnel rammed 351, twin 660 centre sqirt carbies, 650 hp, 3.9 diff. It uses about 20l/100km. My stock P6 LTD 351 was getting about 500 km's per tank which is about 12l/100km

Depends how you drive it, they are a very tempremental car. If you drove it easy, it was quite economical, but if you booted it everywhere, you could easiloy halve the economy.
