hey ppl

i'm running a carter fuel pump at the momment but i want 2 put in my holly red fuel pump?? is there any difference?? or stick with the carter? and wat should the fuel pressure be at?? my motor is a clevo and like's 2 rev?

I wouldn't bother with the Holley red, go straight to the Holley Blue (Part#12-802-1)and run a reg. The Holley red is barely an upgrade over a standard pump.

Around 6psi is ideal pressure, 4.5psi minimum if you are having issues with needle and seat holding back pressure, and upto 7psi is nice if you have the hardware in your carb to run those pressures.

If your motor didn't need the extra fuel in the first place you won't notice any difference.
