Question Info on Eng No

I am trying to find out what i have and what these no mean
JG41LS89488K and JG23MA6448 what yr and what they came out of.
And info on block casting, square ,and D or kidney shape moulds. Any info would be good. Nev
I read elsewhere that the D block is american. So does that mean my motor is american which is JG23MA in a falcon so whats diff in motors Aust and american?is it just that one has a D and the other has a square.
