Top one is new, bottom is used.
There's no way of us telling from the pics if hyd or solid.

yeah the top is new.....

I can confirm that both of the articles are Cam Shafts. The one on top looks new, the one on the bottom looks used. Apart from that I'd need to see the cams up close and measure them to make a determination as to lift, ext.

What part numbers are on the cam bearing face, either end of the camshafts?

ill have a guess - top is hydraulic, bottom is solid. dont really know but for guestimation sake, ill say bottom is solid because its been worn by stiff springs...
