Hi All, I'm new to this and was hoping for some helpful advice on the following.

1. I have a noisey lifter so I decided to fit a new set of Speed-pro anti pump ups.....and help comments on the install would be great.

2. Sealing of the inlet manifold, I been advised to loose the gaskets and us a high temp silicone.

Its alright to use the gaskets but dont use the end cork gaskets. Just use a bead of silicone.

I agree with both the above. I stopped using gaskets in the front and back sections of the manifold about 3 years ago and have never looked back. Nver had a leak from there either. Silicone in thefront and back works well.
