Hi guys looking for a clevo block for a combo i have in mind. I sold my other engine and will start with the block. I will run CHI heads and manifold probably the 218's and bore and stroke will be 393. I will have a custom ground flat tappet cam ground for my application. my goals are pulp, streetable compression, and flat 11's as i do not want to cage the wagon. Hp figures for engine probably need to be around 550 at the flex. I need a late model 4 bolt block or a block i can convert to 4 bolt mains. Needs to be standard bore and no bore pitting.

I doubt you need a 4 bolt block azza just find any old clevo block and
get it sonic checked. If it fails repeat the process untill one that fits
the bill is found.

I just dropped of my first block to port city engines yesterday for acid
bath, crack testing and a sonic check. ive got 3 to chose from and at
around $215 per block I hope this first one comes up ok.

Im shooting for close to 600 and with a short fill of grout im not too fussed
about the 2bolt mains. Good luck with it.

As far as i know any clevo block can be converted to 4 bolt, just had mine done, anything that makes them stronger is worth it IMO.

I'm looking for a STD bore Clevo block too. Anyone got one? How'd ya go Azza, you all set now?
